Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes, as your order may already be processing. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Items are considered damaged if they have a defect or are physically broken upon arrival. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with an intact product inside is not classified as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@brustool.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you qualify for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to regular wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an error is found, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to inform us within this timeframe may result in a non-eligible resend or refund.
