Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to the shipping carrier and in transit to your specified address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time begins once your order is dispatched to the carrier and may vary depending on your location and other factors. Please refer to the estimated delivery times by country:

During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates that are outside our control. For international orders, customs delays may also impact delivery time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If any issues with your address are detected, our support team will reach out by email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, we may need to cancel your order.

In these cases, we work closely with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
Occasionally, unforeseen issues such as product availability, address verification, or payment processing delays may impact the processing or shipment of your order. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for circumstances outside our control, we will always keep you updated on the status of your order and provide any assistance needed to help resolve issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know that experiencing a lost or stolen package is frustrating. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@brustool.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
If your package is lost or stolen, we suggest contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they often require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to support the claims process.
Please note that Brustool is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. In cases where the package cannot be located or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
